ProCourt LLC ("ProCourt", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ProCourt mobile application and the website at procourt.ai (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe for lessons and coach payouts; the Apple App Store and Google Play, via RevenueCat, for subscriptions). We receive limited transaction details such as amounts and status, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Service — match tracking, analytics, connections, messaging, and the coaching marketplace.
- Generate AI coaching insights from your match data (see Section 3).
- Process lesson payments and subscriptions.
- Send notifications you have enabled.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug issues.
- Improve our features and understand how the Service is used.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Coaching Features
To produce features such as match analysis, opponent scouting, practice plans, and performance summaries, we send relevant match data (for example scores, shot statistics, and opponent names) to our AI provider, Anthropic (the maker of Claude), through a secure API. This data is used only to generate insights for you. Our AI provider does not use this data to train its models, and we do not sell your data.
4. How We Share Information
- With other users, at your direction: when you connect with a coach, parent, or supporter, they can view the information you share with them — such as your matches, statistics, live scores, practice plans, or messages — according to the permissions of that connection. Parents and guardians can view and manage the data of players they manage.
- With service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (United States).
- Anthropic — AI processing for coaching insights.
- Stripe — lesson payments and coach payouts (Stripe Connect).
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play — subscription billing and app distribution.
- Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
- Google — optional Google Sign-In and address geocoding used to power coach search.
- Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn — optional social sign-in.
- Webflow — hosting of our website at procourt.ai.
- For legal reasons or safety: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of ProCourt, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Coaching Marketplace and Payments
Coaches receive payouts through Stripe Connect; we never hold coaches' bank details. Players and parents pay for lessons through Stripe, and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. A flat service fee is added to each lesson booking. Your use of these payment services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
ProCourt is used by junior players, and we take children's privacy seriously.
- Players under 13 must be managed by a parent or guardian through a parent-managed profile. We rely on the managing parent or guardian to provide consent and to oversee that child's use of the Service.
- Players aged 13–17 may use a linked account with parental oversight.
- Parents and guardians can review, manage, and delete the information associated with players they manage.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account), which removes your personal information and content. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records) or for legitimate business purposes such as security and fraud prevention.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, and deletion: you can view and edit your profile in the app, and delete your account as described above. You may also contact us to request access to or a copy of your data.
- Notifications: you can control push notifications in Settings or your device settings.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@procourt.ai.
9. Security
We protect your information using encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Website and Cookies
Our website (procourt.ai) is hosted on Webflow and uses essential cookies needed for the site to function. Any analytics we use are limited to understanding general website usage.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
